I have logged in but I'm still unable to play. What is the reason?

To start playing for real money in our casino, you need to transfer funds from your main account to your casino account. Click on the game you would like to play, and in the deposit section at the top enter the amount you would like to transfer and click on "OK".

In order to play on the live games, you do not need to transfer any money as you will be using the funds you have in your main account.

Do I need to download any software?

Are your games fair?

Yes, the games offered in the Casino section run on a random number generator. The games are played completely at random and nothing is fixed. Why isn't my real balance updated in the casino section?

What happens if a game is disrupted before it is finished, for example if my Internet connection is broken?

The next time you log in to the "Flash Casino" section and play this game, it continues at exactly the point where you left. If the game was finished, but you never saw the result, you can request the result from support.

When I go to a game page, the animation never stops and the game doesn't appear?

The cause can be:
1) You have an unsupported browser
2) You have disabled JavaScript.
3) Java error or Flash error may have stopped the game while initializing.

How to empty my browsers cache?

Each browser has its own way to clean the cache, and some have different names for it. Internet Explorer calls it the "Temporary Internet Files folder". There is information on how to empty the cache of some of the more popular browsers.

Select "Internet Options".
Select "General" under the sub-menu of the new window that appears.

Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files".
Check "Delete all offline content"
Click the "OK" button.

Some times changes are made to the game to make them more user friendly, faster, robust etc. These changes are loaded automatically if you answer "Yes" to the dialog.

There could be a number of reasons for this.
For example:

I forgot my password. What can I do to get a new one?

To retrieve your lost or forgotten password, click on the "retrieve password" link on the left hand side of the page underneath the login fields. A new window will pop up asking you to enter your username and registered email address. A new password will be emailed to you.
